Returns & Warranty?
We do not offer returns for change of mind. In the unlikely event the bag is faulty, the bag is to be sent back to us for assessment, if deemed faulty we will offer either replacement or refund 

What are the changes on the new & improved tool bags?
We have added slightly bigger zippers and zipper pull tags, heavy duty grab handles on the sides of the bags and the A4 clear document lid layout has been changed and instead of a clasp now is strong velcro
